Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Achi Karachi. All orders are shipped with PostNL Small Parcel service and include Track & Trace.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

For orders within the Netherlands, we use PostNL Small Parcel with Track & Trace. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. The shipping cost is €5.95 for parcels up to 2 kg.

International Shipping

For international orders, we use PostNL Small Parcel with Track & Trace. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally ranging from 2 to 7 business days within Europe and 5 to 15 business days for the rest of the world. The shipping cost for parcels up to 2 kg starts at approximately €9.90 within nearby European countries and around €31.50 for destinations outside Europe. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include Track & Trace. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Optional services such as signature on delivery or additional insurance can be arranged upon request and may incur additional fees.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at achikarachimicrosaucery@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with PostNL.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
